At Araluen we understand what it takes to make your stay safe and enjoyable, and to ensure that you want to come back! Our staff regularly undergo ChildSafe and First Aid training. Our kitchen staff are long-term employees and are happy to accommodate your group’s requests and requirements. We take care and pride in our food presentation, quality and quantity. Roger has been operating as a Kitchen Manager for over 30 years and strives to deliver top quality meals to our guests.

Chris also bring many skills to Araluen including kitchen hospitality, programming and maintenance to Araluen. Chris has been a valued member of the team for over 5 years.

Araluen is owned and managed by the Lutheran Church (Victoria District). Our staff practise Christian values and ethos. You are of course welcome at Araluen regardless of your religious belief but request that you will not act in a manner that conflicts with our Christian values.

The criteria for accreditation include child protection, standard of buildings and facilities, health and hygiene, insurance, equipment and activity maintenance, risk management and organisational elements.
